A free seven-day guided pause
7-Day Capacity Check-In
Notice where your capacity is going and choose a responsible next step with what you have available now.
You can still be answering messages, showing up for work, caring for people, and getting things done—and have far less capacity than your functioning suggests.
The 7-Day Capacity Check-In is a quiet, practical way to notice what your days are costing you. For seven days, you will receive one short lesson, one reflection question, and one small experiment. Each day is designed to take about five minutes.
This is not a challenge to complete perfectly. There is no catching up here. If you miss a day, come back when you can and start with the day in front of you.
What we will notice together
- where your capacity is going;
- the work nobody sees;
- how functioning can hide depletion;
- why rest can start to feel like another task;
- the cost of always being dependable;
- what happens after you set a boundary; and
- what your next season may need from you.
What you will receive
- seven short lessons on the Beyond Seasons website;
- seven brief email reminders;
- an optional WhatsApp Channel for reminders only; and
- a simple Continue / Change / Release plan on Day 7.
You do not need to share your answers. Your reflection belongs to you.

Begin with a clearer baseline
If you have not taken the Beyond Seasons Energy Audit, you can use it first to notice which parts of your capacity may be carrying the most strain. The audit is optional. You can join the 7-Day Capacity Check-In without completing it.
A clear boundary
The 7-Day Capacity Check-In is an educational wellness resource. It is not psychotherapy, a diagnostic assessment, medical advice, crisis support, or a substitute for individualized care. Registering does not create a therapist-client relationship with Beyond Seasons or Natasha Hoyte, Registered Psychotherapist. Email, website, Energy Audit, and WhatsApp responses are not continuously monitored.
